This website
You may read and link to this site freely. The text, design and images are ours or used with permission; the beyondSilk name and images belong to that brand and appear with its agreement. Do not copy the site or present its content as your own.
The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and online as best we can and accept no liability for loss caused by using it, by errors in it or by it being unavailable.
The free check
The free online visibility check is a one-page report on how your business appears in Google and in AI assistants, based on what those services return on the day we run it. It is free, carries no obligation and is not advice on which you should make financial decisions. AI assistants change their answers from run to run and from place to place, so the report is a snapshot, not a guarantee.
Prices on this site
Prices shown on the site are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply in your country. They are current on the date shown at the top of this page and can change; the price you pay is the one in the agreement you sign.
Working with us
Work starts only after a written agreement that sets out scope, price, term and what each side does. The three-month minimum, the monthly term after it, the sales target we agree in the first month and the fact that we never guarantee revenue are all part of that agreement. Nothing on this website creates a contract on its own.
Direct costs such as advertising, platforms, domains and paid apps are paid by the client from the client's own accounts.
Your systems, accounts and data
Everything we build for a client (site, pages, automations, content) belongs to the client once the invoices for it are paid. Accounts are opened in the client's name wherever the platform allows. When the work ends, we hand back access and keep no copy beyond what the law requires.
Reviews and case studies
We publish a client's name, results and screenshots only with the client's agreement.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything connected with this website or the free check is limited to the amount you have paid us for it, which for the website and the free check is zero. Liability under a signed agreement is set out in that agreement.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Panama. If a mandatory consumer or data protection law of your own country gives you more protection, that law applies to you.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
