Who we are

Clever Bean AI is run by Daria Bykova, sole trader. Correspondence address: PH Grey, Panama City, Panama. For anything about your data, write to daria@cleverbean.ai.

What we collect and why

When you ask for the free check. Your business name, your website or Instagram address and your email. We use them to run the check, send you the result and, if you reply, to continue the conversation. We keep them for as long as we are in contact and for 12 months after the last message, then delete them.

When you book a call. The booking runs on Google Calendar appointment scheduling. Google receives the name and email you type there under Google's own privacy policy. We see the booking in our calendar.

When you write to us. We keep the emails for as long as the conversation and the work they relate to continue.

When you become a client. What we collect is set out in the agreement we sign.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to see how the site is used: pages viewed, clicks on buttons, where visitors come from, the kind of device. Both set cookies or similar identifiers after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, the site works the same and no analytics runs. IP addresses are shortened by Google Analytics before storage. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data.

The chat on this site

The chat in the corner is an AI sales manager run by Clever Bean. It answers from our own product information. Conversations are not stored: we keep counts, and when you choose to leave your name and email so a person can contact you, we store those details together with your last question. Messages are processed by our AI providers, Anthropic and OpenAI, under business terms that exclude training on your data. The chat uses a small cookie to remember that it already greeted you and to apply fair-use limits, and your IP address serves the same limits. Write to daria@cleverbean.ai and your details are deleted. While you browse, the conversation is kept only in your browser for the current tab, so it continues on the next page, and it is gone when you close the tab.

Where your data goes

The site is hosted by Vercel. Form entries are processed by our own backend hosted on Render or Railway and sent to us as a message on Telegram and to our admin list. Email is handled by our email provider. Each of these companies processes data under its own terms and may store it in the United States or the European Union.

We share your data with no one else, unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to daria@cleverbean.ai and we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

The site and the service are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are announced on this page for 30 days.
