Why not do it myself with ChatGPT?

Parts of it, yes: a post, a product description, an email. What ChatGPT will not do is the weekly loop: deciding what to publish, sending the emails, reading the numbers, fixing what the numbers show, and doing it again next week without being asked. Social is not where most small-business sales come from; it is where people check that you are real before they buy. One brand went from no accounts to about 17,000 views a month across Google, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest without the owner opening an app.

How do we measure success, and what happens if we miss?

One sales target, agreed in writing in month one. Every Wednesday you get the numbers against it, misses included and named. Every month we review and change what is not earning its place. No guaranteed revenue: anyone promising revenue is guessing with your money.

How long until I see sales?

Honest answer: it depends on what is broken. If the site exists and the product is proven, the first online sale usually arrives within weeks of fixing the path to the order. Being found in Google and in AI assistants takes longer, typically two to three months before new pages sit on the first page. We agree a sales target in the first month and show you the numbers every week, so you see movement before the month is over, and you see it in your own analytics, not in our report.

Month one builds the base and sets the target. Google and the AI engines take weeks to react to anything. One month proves nothing either way, and we do not sell months that cannot show anything.

The standard price is fixed. One optional plan trades a lower fixed fee for a capped percentage of online sales your store can attribute exactly. You choose it or you never see it again.
